Delivery Information

Most of what we offer are services and require setup time, including details you provide. So as a basis we do ask you allow a few days for the service to be started and various times for completion depending on the service. In the case of a list or product download, we offer ready to download products which will appear in your back-end account once payment has been cleared and verified.

In the case of a custom order / download, please allow 24-48 hours for the delivery. Also note we do notify customers via email once download is ready and store the order for a minimum of 180 days for download.
