Affiliate Terms
As a Refer A Friend member (a "Referrer") to www.telegramblaster.com ("TGBlaster"), you are subject to TGBlaster's Terms of Use and TGBlaster's Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional referral program Terms & Conditions for TGBlaster's Referral Program: Referral Rewards: By forwarding a link, posting banners or marketing your affiliate id to your networks you will attract a 10% credit on direct referrals. If your referral purchases $100 of products and/or services, at any discount rate, your account will be credited $10. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.telegramblaster.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link. There's no minimum purchase required for Qualified Referral. All referrals you make will have a cookie set for 7 days, so if your referral returns within that time frame. You will be credited with the referral commision, after the cookie expires other TGBlaster users can make the same referral.
Referred Customer: The referred customer and the referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The referred customer has to be a new customer who has never registered and/or purchased from TGBlaster before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made their first purchase using your TGBlaster referral link and you didn't receive a credit, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. You can email [email protected], and we will work to resolve the matter. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The TGBlaster Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in TGBlaster's sole discretion (Corporations are not people).
Timing: TGBlaster reserves the right to modify the start and end date(s) of the Program at any time, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time, at our sole discretion.
Redemption of Reward: REDGil Referral Program reward tokens will be issued after the sale is completed but will be visible in your "Referral Log". Credit issuance is subject to the TGBlaster Terms of Sale.
No Spam: You must comply with all up-to-date "SPAM" laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the TGBlaster Referral Program.
Abuse: Any abuse of this Program, as determined by TGBlaster at our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of rewards and your unique referral link, as well as the inability by both parties to participate in this Program or future TGBlaster promotions. To prevent fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Reward or promotion link or cancel any order. We monitor the source of your referrals. Unethical marketing schemes, and other spam referral methods will result in account termination without notice.
Right to Close Accounts: TGBlaster reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the TGBlaster Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: TGBlaster reserves the right to cancel the TGBlaster Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
